At some point during a company’s tenure, the organization will experience a transition with staffing changes and/or product development in order to stay relevant. The difference between the transition being a positive or negative experience is how the situation is understood. Pivoting the perception of the situation can take you and your staff from being “stuck” to catapulting to success. This workshop provides attendees the necessary tools, skills and critical thinking techniques to shift their mindsets to see challenges and situations from a different perspective. They will be able to immediately apply workshop simulations to real-life, current scenarios. This session not only assists in pivoting their perception, but also further develops self-confidence and teamwork collaboration.
